My size is out of stock, can i still order?
We know you don't want to look like everyone else on the water and neither do we! That's why all of our apparel is sold as a limited run. Once a product is sold out, its gone. New colours and styles will replace them. Quick answer, if you like it - buy it, it wont be around forever.
What is Pre Order?
Pre Order is a sneak peek of our upcoming styles, we offer you the opportunity to get your hands on the product first. Like we said once there gone, they ain't coming back! Please keep in mind all Pre Orders will be shipped at a later date. This will be specified it the product description.
Where can you ship to?
We currently ship Australia wide.
Do you ship internationally?
Big Bass Dreams Australia isn't quite global yet, but if you aren't a fellow Aussie, We would still love you to rep our products. Email, Contact us or get in touch via Instagram and we can give you a international shipping quote.
Where do you ship from?
All Big Bass Dreams Australia product is shipped from country Victoria. Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to reach you if you aren't located in a capital city.
How do i know my size?
All products are Men's Australian sizing. For exact measurements you can view our size guide here.

Shipping
All AU orders under $150 will incur a $14.95 flat rate shipping fee. Any AU orders over $150 will be shipped for FREE.
All orders placed before 12pm on any business day will be shipped within 24 hours of your order being placed. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped the following business day (Weekends are for fishing, you know that!)
All orders are shipped using Australia Post and will be sent using a fully traceable service. Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to reach you, especially if your are living up north (we're jealous, that's where the monster Barra live!)
At this time we do not offer Express shipping, however if you do need your item faster than the suggested 5 business days - email or DM us and we'll see what we can do.
Returns
We know you will love your new Big Bass Dreams Australia products, however we can’t offer you a refund, so choose carefully. We are more than happy to exchange your product if you need an alternative style or size. Refunds will be offered if the product is faulty.
If you do need to return your item, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You must also keep the original packaging.
To return your product to us, drop us and email or DM.
When shipping your item you we recommend you use a traceable shipping service. Otherwise, we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item (Because...... Aus Post)
You will be responsible for the payment of your return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
